Graphic Design

Design that works as hard as your business does

From first impressions to everyday touchpoints, we create design that’s consistent, intentional, and built to represent your brand properly – across print, digital, and everything in between.

Why design actually matters.

Most businesses underestimate how much their visual communication is doing – or failing to do – at every single touchpoint.

A poorly formatted email signature. A brochure that doesn’t match the website. A form that looks like it was built in 2009. A social graphic that’s almost on-brand but not quite. None of these things feel catastrophic in isolation, but together they quietly erode the confidence people have in your business before you’ve even had a conversation.

Good design isn’t about making things pretty. It’s about making sure that every time someone encounters your brand – online, in print, in their inbox – it feels considered, consistent, and worth taking seriously.

We work with businesses at every stage. Startups building their visual identity from the ground up. Established brands that need a reliable creative partner for ongoing collateral. And everyone in between who just needs something done properly without it becoming a project.

What we can help with.

01

Brand & Identity Collateral

The foundational pieces that define how your brand shows up in the world. Logos, colour systems, typography, brand guidelines, and the suite of assets that keeps everything consistent across every platform and touchpoint. Get this right once and everything else becomes easier.

02

Marketing Collateral

Print and digital materials built to sell, inform, and convert. Flyers, posters, banners, presentations, pitch decks, and campaign assets – designed to communicate clearly and look like they mean it.

03

Brochures & Catalogues

Multi-page documents that tell your full story or showcase your product range. Whether it’s a two-pager or a detailed product catalogue, we handle layout, structure, and design so your content lands the way it should. Available as print-ready files or digital documents for online sharing.

04

Forms & Business Documents

Quotation templates, order forms, intake documents, letterheads, and invoices – the everyday business paperwork that most people forget is also a brand touchpoint. Functional, clear, and on-brand. The kind of thing that makes your business look like it has its act together.

05

Email Signatures

A small thing that most businesses get wrong. A well-designed, correctly formatted email signature reinforces professionalism every single time you hit send. We set them up properly and can roll them out across your team if needed.

06

Social Media Graphics

We design social media templates and once-off graphics that are consistent with your brand and built for the platforms you’re on. For full social media management including content creation, scheduling, and strategy, take a look at our Social Media packages.

How We Work

Straightforward from start to finish.

01

Conversation

Every project starts with a conversation – not a lengthy intake form or a formal briefing document unless that’s your thing. Tell us what you need, show us what you’ve got to work with, and we’ll take it from there.

02

Scope & Quote

For smaller once-off jobs we’ll give you a clear estimate before anything starts so there are no surprises. For larger projects or ongoing work we’ll scope it properly and agree on a fixed price upfront.

03

Design & Deliver

You’ll see initial concepts before we go too far down any road, and there’s always room for feedback and refinement built into the process. Final files are delivered in whatever formats you actually need – print-ready, web-optimised, or both.

Let’s make something worth looking at.

Whether you’ve got a detailed brief or just a rough idea of what you need, get in touch and we’ll figure out the rest together.

FAQ

Good questions.

Absolutely. There’s no minimum project size – if you need a single document redesigned or one asset created, get in touch and we’ll give you a straightforward quote. Small jobs are welcome.
Yes – if you have brand guidelines we work within them. If you don’t have anything formal but you have a logo and a rough sense of your colours and fonts, that’s enough to get started. We’ll make sure everything we create is consistent, and it can all form the foundation of a more formal set of guidelines down the line if you want them.
In most cases yes. We work across Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and Figma – so as long as we can access the source files, we can pick up where someone else left off without you having to start from scratch.
Whatever you actually need. Print work is delivered as print-ready PDFs. Digital assets come as JPG, PNG, or SVG depending on the use case. Source files can be included on request or as part of a larger project scope – just ask and we’ll factor it in.
For scoped projects, two rounds of revisions are included as standard. We find that’s enough for the vast majority of projects when there’s a clear brief to work from. If more rounds are needed, we’ll let you know before it runs away – no surprise bills.
Yes. If you need words written or refined to go alongside the design – whether that’s a brochure, a catalogue, or a set of marketing materials – copywriting is something we offer. Just mention it when you get in touch and we’ll fold it into the scope.
Both. Whether a file is going to a print house or living online, we make sure it’s set up correctly for its intended output. If you’re printing, we’ll ask about your printer’s specifications before we finalise anything.
Just get in touch with a brief description of what you need – even a rough idea is enough to start a conversation. We’ll come back to you quickly with questions if we need them and a clear quote before any work begins.
