What's included
Baseline search report
Where your site ranks today, with the numbers we measure progress against later.
Keyword research
The terms your customers actually type, with volume and how realistic each is to win.
Competitor analysis
Who outranks you, what they do well, and the gaps you can move into.
Sitemap and content audit
A page-by-page look at what you have, what is thin, and what to write next.
Technical SEO audit
Speed, indexing, mobile and the issues quietly holding your rankings back.
Findings report and Step 2 plan
Everything in one written report, with priorities ranked by impact.
How it works
You pay and we start
We get in touch to kick off and request any access we need, like Search Console.
We run the audit
We work through all five components and pull the findings together.
Report and review
You get a written report with prioritised actions, plus a walkthrough call if you want one.
Move to Step 2 when ready
Step 2 implements the plan. Start straight away or come back when it suits.
Common questions
Access to Google Search Console and Analytics helps but is not essential. We can set those up as part of the work. If you have had no tracking running before now, some historical data simply will not exist, so there are a few things we cannot reconstruct retroactively.
Usually around 5 working days from kickoff to report, depending on site size and how quickly we get access.
No. Step 1 is standalone. The report is yours to act on, hand to a developer, or bring back to us later.
Step 1 is the plan, not the build. Step 2 is where the work that moves rankings happens.
