Julia Wright Biokinetics works out of three practices across Johannesburg, and the old site made patients work to find the right one. A practice that is hard to reach is a practice losing bookings, so the brief was simple: make it effortless to find a location and get in touch.
We built a new contact page that puts all three practices on a single page. Each one has its own map, address, directions and hours, sitting next to one clean enquiry form and a one-tap WhatsApp button. A patient goes from working out which practice is closest to sending a message in a few seconds.
We also rebuilt the footer so the practice details sit on every page, keeping the name, address and phone number consistent wherever someone lands.
The SEO thinking: search was built into the page, not bolted on. Every location carries its own local business schema, which tells Google exactly where Julia practises. The goal is that when someone nearby searches for a biokineticist, the closest practice is the one that shows up, and the consistent footer details give local search the signals it leans on.
The outcome: fewer dead ends, a contact page that does the explaining, and a site set up to be found by the patients closest to each practice.
