Before we changed anything on the site, we ran a Step 1 SEO discovery and audit for Julia Wright Biokinetics. The principle is simple: spend nothing on fixes until we know exactly where the practice stands in search.
We mapped current rankings and visibility, researched how patients actually search for biokinetics across Johannesburg, looked at what competing practices show up for, and ran a technical and content review of the site.
What it surfaced: a clear set of opportunities. Local searches the practice should own across its suburbs but was not yet appearing for. On-page basics, like page titles, meta descriptions and structured data, that were holding pages back. And content that did not line up with what patients type into Google.
What we delivered, and the goal: a prioritised action list, quick wins first and the longer plays mapped out. The aim is steady local visibility, with each of the three practices showing up for nearby searches and the site giving Google the structure and signals it needs to rank the right page.
Already in motion: the first builds are live, a new multi-location contact page with local schema and an updated site-wide footer, turning the audit straight into pages.

Part of the plan: the audit is the starting point, not a one-off report. It is already driving live work, the new contact page, footer and blog, and it sets the direction for the search work we carry on from here.
