Nexus Physical Rehab is a biokinetics clinic based in Randburg, Johannesburg, led by sole practitioner Landré. The project started as a website refresh and SEO review, but quickly evolved into a much bigger overhaul once we uncovered how much of the existing site no longer reflected the business properly.
Partway through the project, the clinic’s Recovery Centre offering was discontinued, leaving large sections of the website focused on services that no longer existed. There were also outdated branch details, inconsistent SEO structure, and a mobile experience that felt clunky and difficult to navigate.
The goal became much clearer – simplify the site, strengthen the biokinetics positioning, and create a cleaner, more professional experience that matched the quality of the practice itself.
We restructured the website architecture around the clinic’s core services, rewrote all key page content, refreshed the SEO setup across the site, and introduced a much stronger internal linking structure. A new “Guided Rehab” service was also developed from scratch, based on research into international rehab and online physio trends, giving the clinic a more modern and scalable offering.
On the design side, the site was rebuilt around a more consistent visual identity using a custom WordPress child theme, updated page layouts, and a cleaner mobile-first approach. Navigation, CTAs, forms, blog templates, and service pages were all refined to feel more cohesive and easier to use across devices.
The final result is a website that feels significantly more aligned with the clinic’s expertise – clearer in its messaging, stronger in search visibility, and far more polished from both a design and usability perspective.
With analytics tracking now properly configured too, we’re looking forward to monitoring the site’s growth within its keyword space over the coming months, while continuing to work closely with Landré on ongoing SEO, content and website improvements month to month.
As part of the restructure, we also introduced stronger SEO-focused pillar pages around key service areas and rehab packages, helping create clearer topic clusters and a more scalable site architecture for future growth. The site is now far better positioned to support ongoing content publishing too – giving us a solid framework to continue building authority through articles and educational content aligned to the questions and rehab topics Landré discusses regularly with patients.
